3) Appointments, changes & cancellations

• Appointments may be booked in person, by phone, or through online booking tools where available.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us as early as possible.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions for future bookings or applicable fees, where permitted by law.

Dental treatment may involve risks and alternatives. Before treatment, our clinicians explain proposed procedures, expected outcomes, possible risks, and alternatives. Where required, we will request your written informed consent.

In urgent situations, we may provide necessary care in your best medical interest, in accordance with applicable healthcare rules.

Treatment fees are communicated before treatment whenever possible. Pricing may change over time. Payment methods and billing practices are available at the clinic or during booking.

6) Patient responsibilities

• Follow clinical instructions (before and after treatment) to support safe healing and results.

RivaDent uses Dentare.io to securely manage and store patient data and clinical documentation. In data protection terms, RivaDent acts as the Data Controller, and Dentare.io acts as a Data Processor, under an appropriate data processing agreement and security measures.

9) Limitation of liability

RivaDent is not responsible for third-party websites linked from our pages or for misuse of general website information. Clinical outcomes depend on individual medical factors and patient adherence to instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia and applicable EU data protection rules (GDPR) where relevant. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in North Macedonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
